Upon your arrival at Sydney Airport, you will make your way to the Car Rental desk, complete the formalities and begin your “Self Drive Sojourn”. Drive your way to the hotel and check-in (Please note the standard check in time would be at 15:00 hrs or subject to hotel discretion)

Day 3Sydney to Hunter ValleyPost breakfast; depart from Sydney for the Hunter Valley Wine Tours over the famous Harbour Bridge, as you travel north toward the luscious fertile lands of the Hunter Valley, one of the most famous wine growing regions in Australia.
The Hunter Valley is the birthplace of Australian wines. Known for its exquisite varieties of Semillon and shiraz, it's renowned worldwide as a gourmet getaway. There are over 150 cellar doors and a growing number of innovative restaurants offering opportunities for indulgence across every pocket of the region. Its strong history of farming lends itself to incredible paddock to plate and biodynamic experiences, adding that extra satisfaction to your gourmet delights.

Day 5Hunter Valley – Port Stephens | Australian Reptile Park - Wildlife Experience General AdmissionToday you will depart from Hunter Valley for Port Stephens. Now that you’ve conquered some of the best spots in Hunter Valley, it’s time to hone your charisma and leadership skills to explore more at Port Stephens, which is a short and scenic 90 mins drive away! Start your journey at the Stockton Sand Dunes and scour through the hottest spots in the region.
Port Stephens boasts 26 pristine beaches and a bay twice the size of Sydney Harbour – but more importantly, it is known as the dolphin capital of Australia!
Prior to the hotel check in, we recommend a visit to Australian Reptile Park which is Australia’s original hands-on zoo. Home to over 2,000 animals and located in a natural bush setting on the scenic Central Coast of New South Wales. Cuddle up to koalas, kangaroos, quokkas and dingoes or test your bravery and hold a massive python!
Learn about the lifesaving work the Park does through its antivenom program and important conservation work saving Australia’s wildlife through the charity Aussie Ark. Only 60 minutes from Sydney or Newcastle, the Australian Reptile Park is a centrepiece attraction of the Central Coast.

Experience the best of what Port Stephens has to offer on this 1.5 hour dolphin sailing cruise with an exciting boom netting experience in Nelson Bay. The region is home to a population of over 100 local bottlenose dolphins and on this sailing cruise you’ll enjoy 360 degree views aboard the spacious 52 foot sailing catamaran, ‘Just Imagine’.
Watch on as the resident dolphin’s dash in and out of the water with grace alongside the vessel. The 1.5 hour cruise also offers guests the chance to take a fun ride in the boom net or stay dry & relax on deck as you explore the famous NSW marine park. Experience the true nature of sharks, rays and the weird and wonderful world of the ocean. You can choose to enter the animal’s world by going into the water or feed and pat them from the edges of the pools. The Entry Pass allows guests to wade with into the shallow water of our tropical lagoon in bare feet, being surrounded by many curious and friendly sharks & rays. A fantastic keepsake of their Aussie shark experience and a great option for those that may not enjoy the feeling of the curious animals around their feet. Wearing their own clothes, visitors stay (mostly) dry, with only the feet and legs becoming wet. Stepping into the water is a whole new level of excitement & fear.

Day 7Oakvale Wildlife Park - | General Entry + Koala ExperienceAfter Breakfast, enjoy a full day out at Oakvale Wildlife Park with a variety of other activities from their playgrounds through to Splash Water Park there is something to suit everyone. Koala Country is a purpose-built multi-functional area. Housing their 12 koala's, Tasmanian Devil, Quokka and a variety of wallabies and infant kangaroos there is something for everyone to see. The stadium seating in Koala Country seats up to 250 guests providing the perfect area for their informative, educational and fun shows and talks. Talk times vary, please check timings upon entry to the park.
