Manali Leh With Turtuk Bike Trip

Ladakh is most famous for breathtaking landscapes, the crystal clear skies, the highest mountain passes, thrilling adventure activities, Buddhist Monasteries and festivals.

Day 1
Arrival at Delhi (Overnight Volvo)Today, we start our dream trip! You’ll be meeting our representative in Delhi at the bus pickup point. We travel overnight in an AC Volvo from Delhi to Manali.
Day 2
Stay in ManaliUpon arrival in Manali you will make your own way to Hotel (Transfer cost additional), check in to your hotel and gear up for exploring the beautiful city (on your own)! In the evening, our tour manager will brief you about the various safety measures, riding tips, and gear checkups. The group would have an opportunity to get acquainted with the fellow riders at dinner time. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3
Manali to Sarchu via Atal Tunnel & Jispa (06 to 7hrs) 180 KMSAfter breakfast, we will start our Himalayan expedition ride at 7:30 am ride to Sarchu- via the amazing Atal Tunnel World’s Longest Highway Tunnel and continue ride to Sarchu via Jispa, Baralacha pass. Jispa to Sarchu (80kms/ 4 to 5 Hrs) Post lunch from Jispa ride will be a short one comprising of only 80 km. Enroute Sarchu, we will visit Suraj Tal and Deepak Tal. We will also cross the famous Baralacha Pass located at 16,616ft. This connects Lahaul district in Himachal Pradesh to Ladakh in Jammu & Kashmir. Upon arrival, we would settle down in our campsite taking in the beauty of our starting point in Ladakh and revamp for our long ride tomorrow.
Day 4
Sarchu to Leh (250kms/10-11hrs)After breakfast, we will start our ride towards Leh. This route will give you a mesmerizing view of the landscape of this beautiful cold desert which leaves one spellbound. We will be crossing the three legendary passes - Tanglang la (17,480ft.), Naki la (15,647 ft), and Lachung la (16,616 ft). We will also be riding across the famous More plains and Gata Loops. Upon arrival, we settle down in the Hotel and the evening is left free to our own disposal to explore the local market. Dinner & overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 5
Half Day Leh City TourBreakfast at the hotel, till afternoon you will take rest, Meanwhile your bikes will go for services center In the afternoon, at around 14:30 hrs you will leave your hotel rooms for visiting the very popular Shanti Stupa - erected on a hilltop in Chanspa in 1991. It is a white dome-shaped Buddhist stupa. Next, you visit the Chowkhang monastery - this serene monastery is marked by fluttering prayer flags further on Leh Palace. Later indulge yourselves in at the local market of Leh. Some of the best buys include Buddhist masks, prayer wheels, thangka paintings and woolen items like Pashmina shawls, gloves, sweaters and more. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 6
Leh -Nubra Valley 120 Kms/ 4-5 HrsAfter breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft). Post-lunch, enjoy the camel safari at Sand Dunes between Diskit & Hundur Village. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
Day 7
Nubra – Turtuk – Nubra (120KM/ 3-4 hrs)It is one of the most fascinating journeys in Ladakh. This is a less popular destination recently opened for tourists, if you have a thirst for a beautiful location this is the place. En route spectacular mountain ranges and Villages. This region is controlled mainly by the Ladakh Scouts, a rear department of the India Army. A border village that was recaptured by the Indian Army in 1971. Locals have relatives across the border (Line of Control) and depend mainly on farming of vegetables, apricot besides providing mules and porters. Baltistan a beautiful village with charming people “On the night of December 13, 1971, the people of this village went to sleep in Pakistan. The next morning, they woke up in India.” We are in Turtuk, listening to a villager recount the history of this remote northwest corner of Ladakh, which until that night was part of Baltistan in PoK. A full day of rough excursion, you will come back to Nubra Valley by the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at the campsite.
Day 8
Nubra Valley to Pangong via Shyok route (170 KM / 7-8 hrs)After breakfast visit Diskit Monastery (Big Buddha), where you can have a magnificent view of Nubra Valley and later drive to Pangong via Shyok river with amazing landscape and adventure. Stop for lunch at Durbuk and 1hrs continue drive to Pangong lake. Enjoy the overnight at Pangong lake stargazing. Dinner & overnight stay at camp.
Day 9
Pangong to Leh via Changla (160KM/7 hrs)In the early morning, enjoy the picturesque view of Sunrise on the lake. After Breakfast, drive back to Leh, en route visit Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Our driver will drop you at Leh market where you can explore yourself. Later, a car will leave you at the service station. Dinner & overnight stay at Leh.
Day 10
DepartureWe bid farewell to this wonderful trip and proceed towards the Srinagar Airport at own (Transfer cost additional). Time to get back to the routine with a bag full of happy memories and stories for a lifetime!

  • Tips, laundry, liquors, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, camera fee and items of personal nature. 
  • Transportation is not on disposal basis. It is strictly as per the programmer, any extra running will be charges extra. 
  • Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay / cancellation / hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities or any emergency evacuation expenses.
