Visit Portara: If you are visiting Naxos, a trip to Portara is necessary to soak in the gorgeous view and absorb the vibrant energy. Portara (the great door) is a name that the residents have allocated to a marvellous marble doorway. This monument is a short walk from the Naxos town harbour, standing proudly on a small island.
This ramrod landmark, which is 2,500 years old, marks a doorway that "leads nowhere" and was once a temple devoted to the god Apollo. Parikia and Naoussa are the main villages of Paros, where most activities are concentrated, while there are also other seaside tourist settlements around the island.

If time permits do visit Parikia town. The capital of Paros Island, Parikia Town features the classic blue-and-white houses on cobbled streets that are often seen as the icon of the Greek Islands. The town presents an array of restaurants along the oceanfront as well as active nightlife. Apart from shopping along the narrow streets, you'll find historic sites such as Panagia Ekatontapiliani, or "the Church of 100 Doors" built by the Byzantine Emperor Justinian the Great. oday, after breakfast you will be picked up for a cruise at the caldera and its hot springs. Day 8Paros to Santorini via FerryToday, after breakfast you will be picked up from the Hotel and transfers to the port for your ferry embarkation to Santorini Island.
