Madhya Pradesh is known as the “Heart of India” because of a lot many things that it has to offer. It has been home to cultural and spiritual heritage of almost all the religions. Innumerable monuments, intricately carved temples, stupas, forts and palaces are dotted all over the State.

Day 1
Gwalior arrival -Local SightseeingWelcome onboard a wonderful tour to one of the most happening destinations – Madhya Pradesh! Arrival at the Gwalior Airport / Railway Station. Complimentary Transfer from Airport / Railway Station to the Hotel at 1200 Hrs. They can book airport taxi to reach to the Hotel They can book cab with us at the mentioned supplement Arrive at Gwalior airport /Station. Meet our driver at airport/Station and transfer to hotel. On arrival Check in at hotel , After lunch at around 3.30 leave for local sightseeing of Gwalior. Evening Light and sound show (currently not operational) if in case same not available, then time for local sightseeing shopping. Meal: -Lunch and Dinner
Day 2
Local Sightseeing at GwaliorAfter breakfast, Local Sightseeing of Gwalior. Sightseeing palace at Gwalior : - Jai Vilas palace Museum (Monday closed), Gwalior fort, Sahastrabahu Temple (dedicated to lord Vishnu), Maan Singh Palace, Gurjari Mahal(Closed on Monday),Fort Museum (closed on Friday), Teli Ka Mandir (highest building in Gwalior – about 100 ft; this temple was used to process oil before the Britishers rule) and the Chaturbhuj temple (which has the first ever written Zero inscribed on its walls). Also visit Ghaus Mohammed's Tomb, Tansen Tomb (Tansen - one of the greatest musicians and an eminent vocalist in the courts of king Akbar, was also among one of the nine gems of the Mughal court), Sun Temple (currently under renovation), Gurudwara data Bandi chhor sahib and Chhatris of Scindia Dynasty, overnight at Gwalior. Note :- **At fort complex lot of walking involved** Meal: -Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 3
Gwalior Heritage Circuit: Mitawali- Bateshwar- Padawali (Full Day Trip)Meals : BREAKFAST + LUNCH @local homestay /packed + DINNER After early morning breakfast, leave for full day tour to witness beautiful set of structures dating back to the Gupta and Gurjara-Pratihara dynasties define the mastery of a historic era. The marvels of Mitawali, Padavali and Bateshwar make a golden triangle in which a university existed about a 1000 years ago! The alleged teaching centre was said to be a hub to impart education in Mathematics, Astrology and Hinduism with the help of sun rays! Visit Mitavali to see the famous Chausath Yogini Temple which is perched atop a hill surrounded by the lush greenery. A climb of approximately 100 steps will take you to the beauty of this splendid round temple. The striking views will definitely have you reaching for your camera too! The temple is formed by a circular wall with 64 chambers and an open mandapa in the centre, separated by a courtyard which is circular in shape, where Shiva is deified. As claimed by etchings and engravings in the temple, ancient shrine is said to have been built by the Maharaja Devapala. In fact, the Parliament House in New Delhi is believed to have been inspired from the circular design and architectural intricacies of the Mitawali temple! Bateshwar : This site comprises of not just about one temple - the Bateshwar temples are a cluster of almost 200 mini grandeurs made of sandstone, dedicated to Shiva, Vishnu and Shakti - representing the three major traditions within Hinduism. Spread over 25 acres, these temples were built across slanted hills near Padavali. The temples were constructed in the 8th to 10th century AD probably during the Gurjara-Pratihara Dynasty. Interestingly, the jungle nearby is full of beautiful birds like peacocks, parakeets and kingfishers. One can often spot the national bird perching and posing on the rooftop of the temples. Padavali : The notable Padavali fortress was built in the 18th century by the Jat Ranas rulers of Dhaulpur. Graciously guarded by a lion and lioness, the fort also has a 10th century temple that once served as a divine place to worship Lord Shiva. Return back in the evening to Gwalior. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 4
Gwalior to Orchha -Local sightseeing - KhajurahoAfter Early Breakfast. Check out from Gwalior. Transfer to Orchha. On arrival at Orchha. Proceed for local sightseeing of Orchha - Visit the Orchha Fort complex comprising of several formidable structures including palace, temples, cenotaphs and historic monuments that speaks volumes of the glorious Bundela Rajputs and their stories of valor. Orccha fort, situated on the banks of the river Betwa, offers impressive artwork of paintings and stone carving within its premises, catering to the desire of history and nature lovers. Visit Ram raja temple is the only place where lord ram is worshipped both as a god and as a king! Also see Laxmi narayan temple exhibits a unique architectural style, which is a mix of a fort and a temple. Later leave for Khajuraho. Overnight at Khajuraho. Meal: -Breakfast, Lunch at Orchha @hotel/ @ Ladpura Khas homestay and Dinner ** Ladpura Khas is a local village with homestay and activities developed by local in guidance with rural tourism** Homemade lunch can be arranged here One can visit fields, see different things made by Terracotta locally, can visit solar plant etc.
Day 5
Khajuraho Local SightseeingAfter breakfast visit Raneh fall (Wednesday closed) famous for its unique rock formation Later visit Eastern group of temple, Western group of temple (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SIGHT). Evening Light and Sound show at Khajuraho (subject to operation). Overnight at Khajuraho. Meal: -Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner **lot of walking involved during Khajuraho temple sightseeing. Also, at Raneh fall has rocky terrain**
Day 6
Khajuraho - BandhavgarhAfter early Breakfast, leave for Bandhavgarh. On arrival, check in at the resort and rest for some time. Free at leisure. Overnight stay at Bandhavgarh. Meal: -Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner ** if in case we will not get safari availability on 6th day morning then we will book for 5th day evening**
Day 7
Bandhavgarh Jungle Safari -JabalpurGo for Bandhavgarh jungle safari at the available zone (Core/Buffer) for Morning (Subject to availability). (Wednesday evening parks are closed). Later leave for Jabalpur/Bhedhaghat. On arrival, check in at the hotel. If time permits, Dhuandhar waterfall, marble gorge, Chausath Yogini temple (Steps need to be climbed), Ropeway (Subject to operations) and Boat ride is optional (to be paid directly by guests on the spot) and is subject to availability, technical working and weather conditions. Overnight stay at Jabalpur/Bhedhaghat. **Includes: 1 Safari On Shared Basis. Meal: -Breakfast, Lunch - early lunch / packed /enroute and Dinner
Day 8
Jabalpur to BhopalAfter breakfast, Check out from hotel and transfer to Bhopal. - if we missed on any sightseeing yesterday, we will cover up same today and then leave for Bhopal- Capital city of Madhya Pradesh. A city blessed with greenery and lakes. On arrival check in at hotel. Dinner @ overnight at Hotel. Meal: -Breakfast, Lunch - packed /enroute and Dinner
Day 9
Day Trip to Sanchi , Bhimbetka and Bhojpur.Early morning at 8 am, after breakfast, Go for full day trip to Sanchi, Bhimbetka and Bhojpur. First Visit Sanchi (UNESCO World Heritage Site) - 3rd century BCE Buddhist monuments. Then visit Bhimbetka (UNESCO World Heritage Site) stone shelters that have prehistoric (Paleolithic and Mesolithic periods) paintings made by early man around 100,000 years ago. Also visit 11th Century Bhojeshwar 'Shiva' temple in Bhojpur - which has one of the largest Shiva Linga in the world 5.5 m (18 ft) tall and 2.3 m (7.5 ft) in circumference. Return back to Bhopal for Dinner and overnight stay. Meal: -Breakfast, Lunch at Bhopal/Nearby -fixed /packed /etc and Dinner.
Day 10
DEPARTUREToday after early breakfast, proceed to Bhopal Airport at 1000 hrs as it is time to say good bye to heart of incredible India Madhya Pradesh! Guests are requested to time their flight as per this transfer timing. Guest can also book 1. airport taxi on own 2. Prebook transfer till airport with us ( supplements Cost available) Note: - If the group is not formed – we will honour the guest booking on private basis with All means but no Evening Tea-Snacks; Entrances/Tickets/Guides/ Jeep Safari / Boat ride
